FAQ

How do I book an apartment on the web?
On the right side of our website you will find the search engine at the top or different tabs to select the property that you like . Once selected you only need to fill in the contact fields and our reservations team will contact you.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once all the necessary data we will send you by email a confirmation of the details of your stay and reserve prices, and the amount of the reserve and the bank account to do it. Once send you a booking with all the steps to your arrival.
How far is the apartment from Barcelona airport ?
Barcelona airport is located about 25 Km from Sitges. Remember that you can hire our taxi service ( even for groups ) for transfers.
There are bus , train and taxi to Sitges.
Where do I pick up the keys?
We will meet you at the apartment and we will deliver the keys personally and having the check in service hired. Remember , IT IS VERY IMPORTANT , call the contact person 1h before arrival to attend them .
Are sheets and towels in the apartment?
Yes , there will be sheets and towels for guests, everything will be ready on arrival .
Remember that we have prepared for the number of people we have detailed in the book , if there are modifications shall notify in advance.
What time can access the apartment and when to leave?
Check -in is from 16:00 pm to 20:00 pm.
After this time an envelope cost will be charged.
Check -out is before 11:00 pm.
The deposit is automatically refunded once it is found the perfect apartment state not before 48h.
Apartment keys must be left at the dinner table , bring the trash and collect the sheets and towels and leave in a bathroom.
How do I pay the rent?
By submitting the booking will detail the amounts outstanding and if you have hired extra amenities . You can pay by bank transfer 24h before arrival , credit card and cash.
I have to pay a deposit?
You pay a deposit depending on the property upon arrival. The deposit will be returned 48 hours after check out , it is established that there has been no damage in the apartment and picked up in this condition .
Are there any extra costs ?
The total amount of the booking includes all services (cleaning , supplies, ... ) and taxes including tourist tax. There is a charge of 20 EUR for arrivals after 20.00, 30 Euros for arrivals after 22:00 h and 50 Euros for after 23:00 h . You can find more information on THE GENERAL CONDITIONS .
How I can cancel a reservation ?
All cancellations must be made ??by e- mail . Our policy regarding returns will find them in the GENERAL CONDITIONS .

GNERAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS:
Once you reserve through our web page or contracted servers, we will contact you by email or phone to itemize your reservation.

PAYMENT OF RENT:
The payment of the outstanding amount of the rent will be made by bank transfer 24 hours before arrival at the apartment or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash in local currency. entry without having made the payment will not be allowed.

CHANGE OF DATES OF STAY:
If you wish to change your reservation dates you must notify HOME SITGES via email. In the event that there is availability on other dates the change will be no extra cost. If no availability on the new dates chosen by the customer and this decided to cancel the reservation, it would proceed to apply the conditions of cancellation of Home Sitges. See next point.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:
You may cancel free of charge until 1 month before arrival.
All cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the amount of the reserve.
All cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date of the reservation will be charged.
HOME SITGES if force majeure (fire, flood, theft, damage ...) propose to the client if you are interested in an apartment of equal or higher category.
Should not be of interest to the customer or to accommodate customers, HOME SITGES refund the booking plus 50% of the amount as compensation for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival and 100% in less than 15 days.

IDENTITY OF GUESTS:
Customer must notify HOME SITGES the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore these people may use it only in terms of the maximum capacity of each apartment. Not be permitted to exceed the capacity established on the property. The customer provide your name, phone number, passport copy and mail the booking. HOME SITGES reserves the right to request the same information about the other occupants if this were necessary. HOME SITGES perform the necessary formalities with police (Mossos d'Esquadra) for proper registration.

BAIL:
At the time of check in the deposit that corresponds to the property on credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash will be charged. Once reconfirmed that no damage, the cleanliness is correct, no complaints from other guests, neighbors will be refunded to the card or transferred by wire transfer. HOME SITGES this process needs to 48h.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
The customer will be greeted personally at the property upon arrival.
Check-in will be from 16:00 hours , in the case of arriving earlier will attempt to accommodate in the apartment, depending on availability. For entries after 20:00 a supplement of 20 euros, for after 22:00 hours 30 Euros and after 23:00 hours you will be charged 50 Euros.
Check-out is before 11:00 noon. If the apartment between 12:00 15:00 dislodges it will be a surcharge of 30% of the daily rate, if evicted after 16:00 100% of the daily rate will be recharged.

EQUIPMENT / SUPPLIES / CLEANING:
All supplies of water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price. The customer will have available a complete set of sheets and towels with initial cleaning service paid part of the rent. HOME SITGES customer offers additional cleaning service at low cost. In case you are interested, please inform staff HOME SITGES previously.

TAXES:
TOURIST FEE: All bookings will incur a surcharge of 0.50 € per person per night payable upon arrival with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 15 are exempt.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
HOME SITGES is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the use that makes the client during their stay in the apartment, including damages, injuries, losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client's stay in the apartment was a failure of others to misuse by the customer and make it impossible to stay in it, HOME SITGES be responsible to fix it as soon as possible, upon notification by the customer . If for some reason you could not fix the problem immediately look for another apartment HOME SITGES customer of the same characteristics.

GUEST BEHAVIOR:
The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the rules of coexistence. In the event that the general rules of coexistence are not met, HOME SITGES entitled to demand the eviction from the apartment without compensation.
They must respect the hours of rest. from 23:00 to 8:00 pm / 10:00 am on weekends and holidays.
They should respect the schedules of use of the pool for each property.
It should be made responsible use of swimming pools, children must be supervised at all times.
topless are not allowed in the communal areas.
No night parties allowed.
If you have pets, please contact us which properties are allowed. Home Sitges is a pet friendly company.
In case of breach of these rules and receive complaints from neighbors to Home Sitges will be enough to finalize the tourist rental contract right.
